This is our top-tier package, the crème de la crème for super-busy couples, the package in which the only (or almost only) thing you’ll have to do is say, “I do!” We’ll take total charge of planning, designing and organizing the logistics of your wedding, walk you through the process step-by-step, and most likely consume gallons of coffee together (or wine, because after all, we’re flexible).

This package includes:

an initial 3-hour meeting

search for and proposal of reception venues

visits to the venues (maximum of 3)

preparation and management of the budget

submission of a task schedule

design of a visual inspiration board

search for and proposal of all the suppliers suited to your needs (including the caterer)

review of the contracts

management of the payment schedule

facilitating the menu tasting with the caterer (if applicable)

assistance in writing the text for the invitations and other printed materials (such as the menu)

follow-up with the graphic designer regarding the wedding invitations

styling of the wedding (decor, furniture, lighting, flowers, etc.)

meeting with all the chosen suppliers (if needed)

second meeting with you along the way

proposal of a floor plan (venue and other spaces)

submission of a coordination document to you 5 weeks before the wedding

a phone call or meeting with you 4 weeks before the wedding to fill out the coordination document

detailed timeline of the venue set-up and the wedding day

management of guests’ special requests regarding possible surprises for the wedding couple
